The Music Cognition Group is an informal network of the Society for Music Theory. Since 1986,
the group has planned and presented several special sessions and poster sessions at national SMT
meetings.
Mailing List
The Music Cognition Group maintains a mailing list to discuss topics of interest and coordinate
presentations and research activities.
- You can SUBSCRIBE to the SMT Music Cognition Group mailing list by sending mail to
listserv@unt.edu with the command,
SUBSCRIBE SMTMCG your_first_name your_last_name
as the body of your mail message.
- You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the list by sending the mail to
listserv@unt.edu with the command,
SIGNOFF SMTMCG
as the body of your mail message. Your SIGNOFF command must come from the same
address from which you originally subscribed.
